The Kamloops Flying Club is made up of professional and recreational pilots, airplane owners and aviation enthusiats. Our club house is located at Aviation Way on the south side of the Kamloops Airport. We organize many activities including seminars on aviation safety, group fly-ins to other airports and pancake breakfasts. As part of the Young Eagles Program, the Kamloops Flying Club has committed to providing free airplane rides to 100 young people between the ages of 8 and 17 by Dec. 17th 2003 -- the 100th anniversary of the Wright brothers first powered flight. For more information about the club or to rent our facilities, contact Trevor Bentz (250) 554-2179 or Norm Reed 573-4109. www.kamloopsflyingclub.com
